The personality is so true. Since interviews are based on applications, how does one present their "personality" on an online application ? That's probably another course which look forward to.

That is very hard to do! Which is why we strongly suggest that instead of applying online - that you network with other employees in the company via LinkedIn - ask questions - get info interviews - the employees will see your personality - and might walk that resume down the hall to HR.! 85% of jobs are gotten via referral - the odds of getting a job by simply applying online are low.
